Price and payment methods

 

The prices displayed include VAT in accordance with the current legislation.

 

The purchase price displayed on the fiscal receipt will be the same as the one displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Payment for products can be made in cash, with meal vouchers, by debit/credit card upon delivery of the product, or by debit/credit card when placing the order online.

 

Payment on delivery: the order is paid to the Company representative at the time of delivery by cash on delivery.

 

Online payment: the order is paid by bank card. If you have chosen to pay by bank card, you need to fill out a form with information about your card on a secure page.

 

Delivery information

 

The Client/Buyer can place Orders on the website by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and completing the Order by making a payment through one of the expressly indicated methods. Once a Product has been added to the shopping cart, it is available for purchase to the extent that there is available stock and availability for its preparation. Adding a Product to the shopping cart without completing the order does not constitute an order, nor does it automatically reserve the Good/Service.

 

By completing the Order, the Buyer consents that all information provided by them necessary for the purchase process is correct, complete, and true as of the date of placing the Order.

 

By completing the Order, the Buyer consents that the Seller may contact them, through any means available/agreed upon by the Seller, in any situation where it is necessary to contact the Buyer.

 

The seller has the right to cancel the order made by the buyer, after notifying the buyer in advance, without any further obligation of either party or any liability for damages in the following cases: non-acceptance of the transaction by the issuing bank of the buyer’s card, invalidation of the transaction by the card processor agreed by MEGANOVA SRL, or incomplete and/or incorrect data provided by the buyer on the website.

 

The seller may delay the refund until receiving proof that the goods have been damaged or are non-compliant.

 

If a product and/or service ordered by the buyer cannot be delivered by the seller, the latter will inform the buyer and return the value of the product and/or service to the buyer’s account within a maximum of 7 days from the date on which the seller became aware of this fact.

 

The delivery term will be communicated at the time of placing the order. Delivery will be made by the company to the address specified by the client. This term may be modified due to reasons beyond the seller’s control.

 

If the buyer wishes to specify certain aspects regarding the delivery such as delivery time, address, or landmarks, they must enter these details in the observation box before completing the order.

If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the conflict will be resolved in the competent court in accordance with Romanian law.
